Tian Jin Childred's Palace was founded
in 1956 and is located in the flourishing section,Dong Ma Road of Nan Kai
district.Now there have 60 teachers and administrators.It is consisted of
six departments.which are separately asfollows:training department,public
literature & art department,art education department,position department
and administrative office.
Tian Jin Children's Palace is subordinate to the Communist
Youth League Tian Jin committee and is a multiple educationinstitution out
of the campus.It is animportant position for education workers to exchange
experience and further to explore the law ofchildred's healthy growth.It is
also a education base,in which trains children's

During the 43 years since this Children'spalace was
founded,it always insists on the direction of facing all the children,schools
and Young Pioneers and fully gives play to the experimentation,demonstration
and direction effects for the education out of the campus.It always insist
on The patriotism education and had already brought up ten thousands of professianal
talents in several fields for our country and society through developing rich
and colorful activities and holding several kinds of training classes such
as literature & art class,printing class,science & technology class
and gymnastics class etc.The following famous persons all established their
ideal after accepted
illuminative education in Tian Jin Children's Palace.
They are the famous singer Ms. Guan Mu cun and Ms.Liu
Yu wan,the chess international great master Mr.Ning Chun hong,the painter
Mr.He Jia ying,the famous violinist Ms.Mu Ma and the diving athlete Ms.SangXue.So
TianJin Children's Palace was called“holy palace”and “talents'cradle”.
The achievements made by Tian Jin Children's Palace
in training talents during past 40 years have already gained society's recognition
and all levels leader' attention and affirmation.It was ever chosen as a national
out-campus education advanced union by seven ministries and commissions such
